Today was Eliza's first day in Nursery. After about 25 mins of her screaming loud enough to hear her from every spot in the building she did okay. She has been excited all day today. It was weird for me to not have to go in the hallway every ten mins and I didn't know what to do with myself. I guess I'll just have to get use to sitting through class again. :)

Eliza Loves Bath Time.... Maybe A Little Too Much :)
Today I was going through a bunch of stuff for a yard sell and I was just finishing putting everything away so I decided to start running Eliza's bath. I'm in her room and she is running back and forth with a book in her hand so when Matt walked in the room and put the book up Eliza evidently thought it was time to get in! CLOTHES and ALL! Matt was so upset but I couldn't help but run downstairs and get the camera. :) She cracks me up.
Halloween Celebrations
Our Halloween experience this year will be one to remember. Matt had to work the night of Halloween so we went to our church party on the 29th and decided that was going to be our family Halloween. So while we were there Eliza was crying the entire time. She had a slight fever that morning and I thought it was because she was teething. So we ended up leaving the party early and went home and put her to bed. Well she woke up at about 11:15 with a fever of 104.5 I tried to give her some Tylenol and 30 mins later it didn't break at all. We decided to take her to the emergency room. We went to our local hospital and after a series of test they came to the conclusion she had the start of pneumonia. I didn't feel real comfortable with that conclusion but it was four o'clock in the morning and we were all exhausted by this point. So I made a follow up appointment with my Doctor the next morning and when we got there she told us absolutely nothing was wrong with Eliza her lungs were completely clear and she didn't even have signs of having a fever. Well we told her about the events the night before and we were told to never go to that hospital again. They aren't equipped for children. :( Besides being diagnosed wrong they actually prescribed the wrong dosage of antibiotics for Eliza. Our doctor thinks she might have a reflux which causes UTIs but we wont know now until it happens again because they gave her a shot of antibiotics that cleared it up before we went to the doctors. Eliza has had a history of Yeast infections that just come out of nowhere. So now we wait.
