Need A Plumber?

Eliza was being awfully quite so when I went in the bathroom to see what she was doing this is what I found.





She managed to get the ENTIRE roll of tissue in the toilet... every single little piece. Evidently she tried to flush the toilet(her new favorite activity) and it wouldn't go down so she got the plunger. I am assuming the little black case was her tool box :) It's really Matt's clipper set but she hauls it around everywhere during the day!

Matt's Valentines Day Surprise!

Matt has been talking about buying a gun ever since we got married and finally we got him one. This is how the story all begins. Matt works with a guy who has a brother who needed anger management classes. :) During this time the brother decided that he was going to get rid of his brand new gun he had recently bought so he sold it to his brother(The Guy who works with Matt). Well Clark(the guy who works with Matt) knew Matt was looking to buy a gun and he made a deal with Matt that he would sell him the gun which is pretty much brand and retails for $685.00 alone, 150 bullets, and a holder so he can wear it. We got all of this for $500.00 which was a pretty good deal. Well, I told Matt he will have to wait till we get our taxes back. So we filed our taxes and everyday since then Matt has asked are they in yet?... nope, still not here?.... Nope. Well Yesterday our taxes finally got deposited and I decided I was going to take Matt to work so I could go do some errands and get some stuff for Valentines Day. I decided to do it because I knew that since we only had one car Matt wouldn't be able to drive on his lunch break to get the money out of the Atm to pay Clark for the gun so he would have to wait until the next day.(I'm mean I know) :) Well, Matt was disappointed because he was so close to getting the long awaited gun but still had to wait one more day LOL. Well, what Matt didn't know was I had called Clark using the number on our caller ID and set up a time to meet him and get the gun. After getting the gun I went to the store and bought Matt a gun cleaning kit then hurried over to Matt's work to pick him up. I was five minutes late ( Matt hates it when I am late) Well I had put the gun, ammo, and holder in the diaper bag and put it on his seat and sat the cleaning kit on top. Whenever the bag is really heavy he always says "Dang what do you have in this thing". I was going to make up a story about how i might have left a bag of potatoes in there that I bought early and was going to tell him to look inside. The gun and ammo made the bag super heavy so I knew this would work. Matt gets in the car and everything falls into place. Only thing was one of the ammo boxes fell out when he lifted the bag and he thought I bought him ammo. I told him to look inside and he saw the gun box and said "What the crap" Then he realized it was the gun he was suppose to get from Clark! It was great. He was so shocked and excited!! He had no idea and that was the best part because I cannot keep a secret for the life of me and gifts for him are never a surprise. So I told him the whole story on how I set it up with Clark. :) I wanted to give it to him last night because I knew that if he bought it while he was at work that is all he would be thinking about an he wouldn't have a chance to take it all apart and do what guys do. Which is exactly what he did last night.It was a great ending to a good day!

Matt's Day Off

Today we went over to Matt's parents house and Matt's Dad(Bryan) suggested that since it was such a beautiful day we should go for a ride so we did. We all piled into their van and drove up to Tennessee. We went to a little country town called Old Historic Lawrenceburg. This town has one main building and the city is literally a square with four roads around the building. I should have gotten a picture of it but I didn't think about it since it is about the same size as our town :) It had cool little shops you could go into and we went to a little resturant to get lunch. After that we left and went to Tim Ford Lake. We drove around and found what we were looking for.



Look closely and you can see the pack of deer. There was about sixteen white tailed deers just standing at the top of the hill. This was the closest I could get to them.

Date Night

Matt and I finally got to go on a date.


We went to a little Chinese place that actually had really good food! We had yet to find a good Chinese food place out here in Alabama.



Then we went to see the movie Taken. I highly recommend it!!
